Strengthening one’s home is a demonstration of self-love and love of one’s country. Financially reinvesting in Jamaica, through real estate and other ventures, is a win-win situation for all involved. It is definitely a win for Jamaica, as this move strengthens the economy of Jamaica.

It is also a win for the Jamaican investor, as there are many opportunities available in Jamaica. Real estate, for example, is booming in Jamaica, especially in the rural areas. Investing in rental properties such as air B&B can create a great income for the investor. In addition, the taxes to conduct business in Jamaica, are much lower than abroad. Some people worry about safety and other security issues in Jamaica, however, if one takes the correct precautions then safety issues become a non-factor. We should therefore reinvest in our homeland and build it!
