Penn Relays 2024 COA final for the boys and girls 4x100m featured teams from Hydel and Excelsior
The 128th Penn Relays in 2024 showcased the Championship of America finals for both boys’ and girls’ High School 4x100m relay events. Hydel High from Jamaica secured victory in the girls’ section on Friday, April 26th with a time of 44.71 seconds.
