Brown’s Town, Jamaica, now has free public Wi-Fi, expanding internet access for residents, students, and local businesses while promoting digital inclusion. St. Ann North Western Member of Parliament, Krystal Lee, shared her enthusiasm for the initiative, highlighting its potential to transform the community.

This development is part of a broader Universal Service Fund (USF) strategy to bring high-quality connectivity to around 20 locations across Jamaica. By bridging the digital divide, the service provides easier access to online resources for education, work, and communication, advancing technological infrastructure in Jamaica’s rural and underserved areas.
